Paige One Yoga is a yoga & wellness kula/community and online resource, dedicated to the development of wellness, therapeutic and healing arts in Damascus and surrounding areas.

 

Originally founded by Paige Schreiner, RYT in Fall 2009 as the Paige One Yoga & Wellness Center, Paige continues to serve her community by teaching group yoga classes at the Damascus Community Rec Ctr as well as private yoga to individuals of any age and groups of any size. When not on the mat, Paige is a wife and mom to two teenage daughters and two crazy dachshunds, and enjoys walking, tinkering with her website and writing her monthly newsletter.
