A two-hour workshop designed around a yoga practice to relieve the symptoms of headache and migraine.
Do you suffer from: tension headaches? migraines? cluster headaches? Would you like an alternative to pharmaceuticals to help with your pain? Come learn breathing techniques and gentle yoga postures that really work to alleviate headache and migraine pain! This workshop is for ALL fitness levels, teens to seniors, no experience in yoga necessary.

Yoga is a wonderful and ancient system of health designed to unify the body, mind and spirit. ANYONE can do yoga and reap the benefits that a yoga practice has to offer. This class is for the novice who is unfamiliar with yoga or who would like a refresher on the basics of yoga, including class etiquette, beginning alignment and breathing practices. Come be with friends who are new, just like you, who want to find out what yoga is all about! Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle, we have everything else you will ned to get started.
